We are happy to provide you with a copy of your direct debit agreement with us by either fax or email.

However please note that in accordance with our Privacy Policy we will only issue a copy to a person who is able to provide us with the following information.

• Name on the account or credit card
• Account or credit card number
• BSB of the account or the expiry date of the credit card
• Date of the last transaction
• Amount of the last transaction

We apologise but if you are unable to provide this information then we are unable to send a copy of the agreement to you as it contains private and personal information.

You may ask your financial institution to obtain a copy on your behalf - please refer to your bank or card provider for more information.
