We are not able to cancel a direct debit agreement that you may have in place. This agreement is being used to pay for a product or service from one of our business clients and only the business client can cancel it.

Please refer to the contract/membership agreement etc you signed with the business for the terms and conditions of cancellation.

In general terms most businesses will require cancellation in writing and you may need to provide a minimum period of notice. A cancellation fee may or may not be payable. These should be detailed on your contract.

If the business refuses to cancel the agreement and you are outside of any minimum term or you believe the transactions may be fraudulent then please refer to the financial institution holding your account or the card issuer for more information and assistance.
