We are not able to make any changes to the personal information we may hold only
the business with whom you have a contract may amend your details.
If you change your bank details, card number or other personal information then
you should contact the business with whom you have a contract and provide them
with the amended information. They will ask that you sign a new authority form
with the new information. This is for your protection.
Our staff are not able to access your individual information for security
reasons, in addition our staff are not able to adequately verify your identity to ensure
you have the authority to make the changes requested.
The business with whom you have a contract will be able to confirm your identity
and prevent potential fraud prior to making any changes to information.
