eDebit we have two differing types of 'customer'.
Business Customers
Business customers use our services and/or software to debit bank accounts or
credit cards. These are typically businesses that sell products or provide
services that require regular payments, eg. Membership, Service Fees etc.

Account Holders
Account holders are customers holding
bank or credit card accounts with financial institutions that we deduct funds
from on behalf of our business customers.

The information available is the name of the business for whom we are debiting
an account and a contact telephone number.
You will need the following information at hand to access any data we are
holding;
For
bank accounts you will need
- Bank
account number
- BSB
number
For
credit card accounts you will need
- Credit
card number
- Expiry
date of the credit card
