Below eDebit Pty Ltd you will see a series of numbers. This reference number is internal
to the banks and cannot be used by us to determine which eDebit client is making
transactions on your credit card. In order to determine which eDebit client is debiting
your credit card, a search must be performed using your credit card number.

If you change your personal information, bank account or credit card details or
wish to change your method of payment you should contact the business we are debiting your account for.
You will need to provide proof of the new details and sign a new eDebit DDR or CCA form.
Where you have a query regarding the debit amount we advise you speak to the business you signed a
contract with as the amount is controlled by the business and not eDebit. Alternatively speak to your
bank or financial institution.
Simply talk to the business as this is the quickest way to resolve most issues.
If you’re unhappy with the response, please contact eDebit directly and we can assist you.
Contacting your bank to query a transaction should be your last resort as once in the
bank’s system it is difficult to withdraw and may result in additional fees from your bank.
You must discuss this with the business you signed a contract with as
differing rules may apply. In principle you may not cancel a contract until
after the stated minimum number of successful debits. In all cases we advise your
cancellation is done in writing.
