Data entry uses a simple wizard based interface that guides you through the process, will not allow you to forget vital information and validates your data entry. You should consider whether the required text entry can be efficiently achieved on your phone/PDA.

Reports cannot be displayed on the phone or PDA due to the screen size, however these can be accessed from your PC if required.
