hold is encrypted and stored on secure servers and all communication between our
site and our principal clients can only be conducted under encrypted
connections. The GeoTrust symbol below seen on all secure pages is your guarantee of this.

All information we
hold is covered under the rules and standards operated by the PCI Data Security
Standard and our site is audited every three months to ensure our security and
policies comply and our site is 'hacker safe'.

We do not and will not market directly to
those indivduals about whom we hold information, nor will we sell, lease or make
available any information we hold to any third party for any purpose whether
this information is covered under privacy and data protection statutes or not.

As our principal clients may
access and utilise our services in differing ways we advise that you should
ensure that the principal client with whom you are signing a contract has
satisfactory privacy and data protection compliance policies in place.
We are not able to control the use or release of information to third parties by
our principal clients. You should note however that whilst a principal client
CANNOT obtain a file of your information from our site and provide this to a
third party, the principal client may hold the same information in another
computer software program not under our control.
