types of businesses within Australia. We perform direct debits
based on instructions from many different types of businesses including fitness
centres, personal trainers, photographers, web hosting companies, graphic design
companies, dance studios, consulting companies, security companies, swim schools,
printing companies and many more.
Any business that has a requirement to collect regular payments can use our services.
Regular payments can be taken from bank or credit card accounts.
You may use any frequency that is weekly or monthly or a multiple thereof. Therefore you may set up
weekly, fortnightly, three weekly, four weekly, monthly, two monthly or three monthly debits etc.
We only charge a low fixed transaction fee and a dishonour fee (this is charged to the account holder)
in the event of a default. You will not
be charged any other fees. We do not charge a fee for setting up a client, making a change to information,
a regular access fee, a minimum processing fee or any other hidden fees. For full details on our
low fees then click

Clients can choose to be debited on any given day of the week or fixed date in the month if required. You should
note that as we pay funds to your account on a strict cycle then this may make administration and
reconciliation harder for you to manage.
Yes, this is the preferred option for most businesses. Whilst daily debits are available this can make
reconciliation more time consuming. By following a strict cycle and debiting on a fixed day in the week or
month etc, then this will make reconciliation easier and cash flow more predictable
Our processing and payment cycle is on a strict rotation. This means that the receipt of funds into your account
is predictable. We will always pay funds into your account on the third business day after the day of processing. For example
if we process for you on Monday then funds are remitted to your account on the Thursday and should arrive in
your account as cleared funds on Friday morning, processing on Tuesday will result in funds arriving on Saturday etc.
The only occasion this cycle will vary is where a public holiday falls within the period between the
debit day and funds being remitted to you.
No - we do not force our clients into signing a long term contract with us, nor do we force you to put all your
debits through us. This gives you the opportunity to try our service and continue to use it if you find it efficient
and cost effective. If not then simply discontinue to use it.
Yes - clients that you enter into the system can cancel their debit via their bank. This is a legal requirement
of the direct debit system operated by the banks and is outside of our control. We ensure that we
refer all enquiries we receive directly to you for resolution on both cancellations and queries on debits.
Yes - clients that you enter into the system can query their debit via their bank. This is a legal requirement
of the direct debit system operated by the banks and is outside of our control. We ensure that we
refer all enquiries we receive directly to you for resolution on both cancellations and queries on debits.
No - we do not require any form of security or a bond. However you should be aware that your agreement to use
our service also provides us with a personal guarantee in the event of a client making a query or chargeback
after you have discontinued using our service.
Yes - you may submit forms to us by mail, fax or email. We know other service providers allow you to
store the forms, however this limits the speed with which we can respond to a query as we have to wait for you
to submit the form to us. Queries have very limited time periods and any delay may result in a chargeback
unnecessarily. We provide a period of up to 14 days to get the forms to us, allowing you to debit the client
in the interim up to a maximum value. Storage of signed authorities has to be done under the rules of the
data protection act as they contain personal information and we do this for you.
Yes - you can choose to add the low transaction fee and any merchant fee to the amount we debit from the account
this makes the service a no cost option for your business.
Any business that has a current Australian Business Number (ABN) can realise the
advantages of a reliable income stream that results with the use of direct debit.
No longer will you have to consider the problems of collecting overdue amounts and
late payments. The use of direct debit results in more predictable cash flow and a
reduction in costs to your business.

you talk to your software vendor. If your software system does not link to us then please contact the

We will not process debits that exceed $1000. In addition when you first start with us we discuss your likely
debit requirements and place some boundaries on your account. This is not restrictive but is there to highlight
potential errors. (Your customer would not be happy if we debited $500.00 instead of $50.00 because you made
a mistake when entering the amount.) As your volumes increase or your business grows then the limits will be adjusted to
reflect this. The limits are placed there to protect you and your customers from errors and are
not placed there to restrict the growth or requirements of your business and will not prevent a debit being processed
but will most likely result in a phone call to you to ensure this information is correct.
